NEW Tinker Bell movie "Secret of the Wings" on stands tomorrow!

Tomorrow the Walt Disney Studios released the highly anticipated new Disney Fairies movie Secret of the Wings! Tinker Bell and her friend Fawn, Iridessa, Rosetta, Silvermist and Vidia go exploring the mysterious Winter Woods. They meet Periwinkle, a sparkling new winter fairy, and discover a magical secret. The movie features a voice cast including Anjelica Huston, Timothy Dalton, Lucy Liu, Raven-Symoné, Megan Hilty, Pamela Adlon, Matt Lanter, Debby Ryan, Mae Whitman and Lucy Hale as Periwinkle.

A couple of weekends ago I got the privilege to take Princess D and her best friend to an advance screening of Secret of the Wings! Both girls were so excited to see this movie on the big screen and it did not disappoint! The animation is beautiful and you will want download the song by theme song “Great Divide” by the McClain Sisters. More importantly, here’s what the kids thought of the movie:

To celebrate the release of Secret of the Wings and kickoff the winter season, the Downtown Disney District has opened the Magical Tinker Bell Rink. Visitors will be able to ice skate on the Secret of the Wings themed rink through January 5, 2013! Downtown Disney is located just outside Disneyland and California Adventure, and adjacent to the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort. Starting November 12, a special holiday village will surround the ice skating rink, with themed chalets where guests can purchase seasonal foods and merchandise.
